When you complete the Chapter diagnostic, we store your answers and, if you choose to share it, your email. When you apply for a Decision Sprint, we collect the details you submit in that form (name, email, LinkedIn, professional details, and what you tell us about your decision).
To generate your diagnostic result, to review and respond to Decision Sprint applications, and to match you with relevant Experience Advisors if you proceed. Diagnostic answers may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate your result.
Experience Advisor profiles contain sensitive personal and career information. This data is never publicly accessible and is only used internally for matching.
